Why are some old history entries not found?

Chrome history search APIs have practical result caps and query matching constraints. Use a broader keyword and all-time range, then narrow with manual review.

Why do I still see suggestions in the browser address bar?

Address-bar suggestions can also come from bookmarks, top sites, synced data, or form history. Removing history alone may not clear all suggestion sources.

What should I include in a billing support request?

Share Stripe receipt email, timestamp, and the success URL containing `session_id`. Do not post card numbers or full secret keys.

How do I move a Lifetime license to another device?

Deactivate on the old device in extension settings, then activate on the new device with your license key.
